We’re joining forces with natural wine importer Chausse Selections for a flight of 3 new wave wines by Alsatian producer Léo Dirringer!

Léo Dirringer is a fourth generation farmer and winemaker that is bringing a new vision and methodology to his family’s estate in Dambach-la-Ville, located on the eastern slopes of the Voges. With vines covering 14 hectares, Léo converted the domaine to organic viticulture in 2017 and began creating a range of natural wines alongside the estate's traditional cuvées. The care and dedication to chemical-free practices in the vineyards extends to the cellar where the wines are vinified and macerated with wild yeast and without the use of fining or sulfur.  The results are highly expressive and incredibly fresh.
