We’re excited to share three wines from beloved natural wine producer Clos du Tue Bœuf.
Situated between Touraine and Cheverny in the Loire Valley, the centuries-old Clos du Tue Bœuf estate is run by vigneron brothers Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat. The brothers converted their vineyards to organic farming in 1996, and their work today is rooted in thoughtful, low-intervention viticulture and winemaking that honors the region’s diverse terroirs.
For the Puzelats, winemaking is about acting as a conduit between soil and glass—embracing the individuality of each parcel, the character of each vintage, and the climate that shaped it. The result is a collection of wines that are lively, expressive, and deeply charming.
