This class is all about the ooey-gooey side of cheese. Sam will be taking you on a deep dive into some of the worlds finest soft cheeses. The class will feature 6 cheeses and include one cheese paired with chocolate. Yes!! Cheese and chocolate together at last!.
Since cheese is always better when accompanied by a little wine. We will be pairing all of the cheeses with a carefully selected flight of four wines. And, of course, all the accoutrements.
