Join us for a guided tasting led by Lucas Kerautret of the legendary Maison Mons, one of France’s most acclaimed affineurs (that’s cheese-aging royalty, for the uninitiated). You’ll explore five distinct French cheeses, each expertly aged to perfection. With an option to make it a pairing event with French wine!
Maison Mons is a family business founded in Auvergne in the late ‘60s, specializing in affinage (aging cheese). They’ve been awarded the Meilleur Ouvrier de France for excellence in craftmanship. In addition to making cheese, they source cheeses from 80 producers and age them in their Tunnel de la Collogne, a former railway tunnel converted into an aging cellar, before selling them in their shops and countries all over the world.
